Make a Real Difference as a Disability Support Worker! (North Shore)
Looking for a role where you can be yourself, have fun, and create real impact in someone's life?
We're on the lookout for two passionate Disability Support Workers to join our Youth Individualized Program (IP) team in Sydney's North Beaches region.
This is more than just a job - it's about building genuine connections and supporting young people with disability to live their best lives.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be working 1:1 with young clients, helping them:
- Build confidence and independence
- Express themselves through art, cooking, or gardening
- Stay active through yoga, gym, or wellness routines
- Engage with their community
Support might also include helping with:
- Mealtimes
- Personal care
- Medication support
