About the role

We are seeking an energetic, client-focused Associate to join our friendly and experienced Sunshine office on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers a diverse client base and challenging, rewarding work.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Road and Work Injuries law, a proven track record of achieving exceptional client outcomes, sound legal technical skills, and experience managing their own file load. Strong decision-making, analytical abilities, and communication skills are essential. We welcome candidates with experience in road injury law, and complex files. Join our close-knit team dedicated to extending access to justice.

The experience we are looking for

• Extensive experience in Work and Road Injuries law, ideally with a focus on road injuries
• A demonstrated proactive approach to file management
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience providing high-level client service
• Experience working in a high-volume work environment
• An unrestricted Practicing Certificate is desirable
• Demonstrated litigation experience
• Proven ability in executing business development initiatives
