What’s the role all about?

You’ll be in the driver’s seat, running your own desk and making things happen. From sparking new client relationships to matching great candidates with awesome roles, you’ll be doing what recruiters do best—connecting people and making an impact.

Your week will likely include:

Chasing down new business and turning leads into loyal clients

Sourcing, screening, and chatting with top-tier tradies and labourers

Managing client accounts like a boss

Building candidate pools that make everyone else jealous

Having a laugh with your team (and maybe a Friday arvo debrief or two)

We’d love to work with someone who is:

Self-driven and knows how to get results without being micro-managed

Resilient – you’ve got thick skin and a cool head when things get hectic

A people person – you build genuine connections and can talk to just about anyone

Open to feedback and always keen to improve

Experienced – ideally 2–5 years in recruitment or something similar

Confident in your communication – phone, email, in person, you’ve got it covered

Bonus points if you’ve worked in Civil, Trades, Engineering, or Construction recruitment – but not a dealbreaker
