Working in a high-end restaurant in a great team environment. Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill was established over 15 years ago and is a multi-award winning restaurant, recently winning best Steak restaurant Qld 2023.

We are seeking a Restaurant Duty Manager to join our amazing team and help lead us to even greater things!

Applicants should only apply who possess the following:

- Minimum 5 years hospitality experience with a minimum of 12 months in fine dining and an emphasis on high quality dining. Previous management experience in fine dining would be desirable.

- A great understanding of 'sequence of service', great food knowledge and a good base wine knowledge.

- An ability to cover all areas of the venue including bar as and when required.

Above all else, you must have a 'can do' attitude, and be a friendly, personable individual who can assist team members with any issues that may arise.

This role is a full-time, salaried role and successful applicant(s) will be required to work Friday and Saturday nights.
