About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Litter Picker / Spotter to join our team on a long-term basis. This hands-on role is based on-site at a landfill and is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who is not afraid of getting their hands dirty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting litter and rubbish throughout the landfill site
- Assisting with various manual labouring tasks as required
- Spotting and directing vehicles and trucks safely across the site
What We're Looking For:
✔️ A current Driver's Licence
✔️ Previous general labouring experience
✔️ Physically fit and capable of manual work
✔️ Comfortable working in dirty or challenging environments
✔️ Able to work independently and show initiative
✔️ Strong communication and awareness on-site
