The Gordon is seeking a passionate and experienced Mechanic to join our teaching team, delivering Pre-Apprenticeship and Apprenticeship courses in the Automotive field.

We are seeking teachers with all different backgrounds: Farm Machinery, Electric Vehicles, or General Automotive, your industry knowledge is invaluable—and we want to hear from you!

Employment Opportunity:

Casual as required (day time hours)

Salary:

Casual Teacher L1 (AQF4) $82.01 (teaching) and $55.74 (non-teaching) per hour
Casual Teacher L2 (AQF5) $85.23 (teaching) and $ 57.93 (non-teaching) per hour
Casual Teacher L3 (AQF6) $88.60 (teaching) and $60.19 (non-teaching) per hour

plus Superannuation

Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate.

About You:

• You will have 3 or more years industry experience (preferred)
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) is highly regarded — but if you’re currently studying or keen to start, we want to hear from you!
