We are looking for a motivated and reliable Timber Roof Truss Manufacturer / Carpenter to join our growing team. Based in Broome, this is a hands-on factory-based role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in producing quality structural components.

No need to drag your tool trailer all over town, all tools and equipment are provided, and you will be working in the shade away from the harsh Kimberley Sun!

Responsibilities

Assemble timber roof trusses using jigs and nail plates

Operate saws and power tools safely and efficiently

Interpret and follow plans, cutting lists, and specifications

Work to daily production targets and quality standards

Assist with general factory duties and site organization

What You’ll Need

Experience in timber manufacturing, construction, or carpentry (preferred but not essential)

Good understanding of hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Physically fit and comfortable with manual work

Reliable transport and punctual work ethic

Desirable (but not required)

Forklift license

White Card (Construction Induction Card)

Previous truss manufacturing experience
