About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Cabinet Maker who actually takes pride in what they build. If you know your way around tools, love problem-solving on the fly, and want to work with a team that values doing things properly (and a bit of workshop banter), this could be a great fit.

You’ll be working across a mix of kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and other custom joinery – mostly in custom flatpack form, but sometimes assembled too. We’re not a big, faceless factory. We're a tight-knit shop where your work actually matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

Cutting, assembling and fitting cabinetry from flatpack or custom drawings

Working with a variety of materials and hardware

Reading and interpreting plans (and asking questions when things don’t add up)

Keeping the workshop tidy and your tools sharp

Sometimes jumping in on installs, depending on the job

What You’ll Need

Cabinet making or joinery experience (trade qualification is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker)

Confidence using hand tools, saws, drills, and workshop machinery

Ability to work solo and as part of a small, fast-moving team

A good eye for detail – we care about clean lines and clean finishes

Someone who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves and pitching in
