About You
You are an experienced, people-focused lawyer who thrives in a team environment and is driven by achieving outstanding results for your clients. You bring empathy, respect, and a passion for making a real difference in people’s lives.
Minimum 2 years post-admission experience (any area of law). Experience in Wills, Estates, and Succession Law is highly regarded.
Initiative, a ‘can do’ attitude, and a genuine desire to help people.
Tech-savvy, with LEAP Practice Management Software experience an advantage.
A passion for Wills, Estates, Elder and Succession Law – or a strong desire to specialise in this rewarding field.
About the Role
Manage your own files and client relationships.
Take instructions, prepare written advice, correspondence, and legal documents.
Liaise with Supreme Court officers, legal professionals, accountants, and financial advisers.
Prepare for litigation, negotiate settlements, instruct Counsel, and appear at interlocutory proceedings, mediations, and hearings.
Work with great clients on interesting and challenging matters.
What You’ll Need
A current NSW practising certificate.
A valid driver’s licence and access to a motor vehicle.
Australian citizenship.
