Action Workforce are looking for Process Operators in Bibra lake & surrounds!

• Pay rate is $35.5 an hour with potential overtime & weekends available.

Our expectations:

• Safely transport, sort and process medical waste material.
• Ensure proper segregation of different types of waste.
• Transport medical waste bins from collection point to processing area.
• Tip and empty waste bins.
• Able to lift up to 25kg unassisted.
• Consent to and provide a clean Criminal Record.
• Willingness to work with medical waste, unpleasant odours etc.
• Preferred FL License (not necessary).
• Physically fit, no lifting restrictions.
• Monday to Friday availability.
• Fully vaccinated, will need to be vaccinated for Hep A & B, or happy to obtain.
• Compliance and adherence to Safe Work Practices and Safety Regulations.
• Reliability and consistency to attend rostered shifts.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment functional assessment.
• Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol test.
• Provide evidence of full Australian working rights, no working holiday VISAs accepted for this role.
