The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to assist in managing and growing a luxury brand with a new store opening!
Our client is seeking an energetic, driven, and hands-on Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager. You will excel in providing high-end clientele with exceptional sales support and service, truly bringing the brand to life in-store.

Responsibilities

* Achieve daily sales targets and support overall sales and profit performance

* Develop strong commercial relationships with clients

* Maintain the highest standards of customer service with a consultative and professional approach

* Ensure the store is well-prepared with adequate stock on the sales floor and back of house

* Assist clients with post-sale services such as alterations and handle correspondence regarding specific requests, new deliveries, and merchandise satisfaction

Skills and Experience

* Experience in sales, service, and performance, preferably in luxury retail

* Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader, or management role

* Stock management and operational experience preferred

* Strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively to achieve success

* Well-groomed with a solid understanding of trends, fashion, and competitors

* Confident and capable of making autonomous decisions when required
