National Workforce is working with a well-known logistics company who are searching for Pick Packers w/ RF scanning experience based in Kemps Creek for a 2-week role starting end of June, with an opportunity for long term employment.

Shifts and Pay Rates:

• Day shifts - Rotating shifts starting between 6am and 10am
• Afternoon shifts - Rotating shifts starting between 2pm and 3pm

About the Role…

Reporting to the shift supervisor, in this position your duties will include:

• Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick and pack products for distribution.
• RF Scanning: Use RF scanning for accurate inventory management.
• Sorting and Labelling: Sort, label, and conduct quality checks on products.
• Returns: Processing customer returns.
• Manual Handling: Comfortable handling up to 15kgs.
• Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
• Quality Control: Sorting and completing quality checks.
• Processing: Both Inbound & Outbound orders

To be successful for this role, you MUST:

Have minimum 6 months experience working in a 3PL warehouse environment.

• Previous use of warehouse management systems including RF scanners
• Must be available for full shift hours, Monday to Friday and weekends.
• Be reliable, hardworking & honest with a can-do attitude.
• Comfortable working to KPIs.
• Own or reliable transport as public transport is limited.
