What You'll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for customers across email, social media and community.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
• Offer expert product knowledge and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Process customer orders and returns efficiently and proactively.
• Surprise and delight customers, and come up with ways that makes our customer experience stand out.
• Collect feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints with empathy & grace.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Troubleshoot technical issues when needed.
• Maintain customer records meticulously.

About You:

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude!
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and autonomously.
• Be able to roll up your sleeves and problem solve when something pops up!
• A keen eye for detail and great time management.
• Positive, reliable, and eager to learn.
• CS or Sales experience is a bonus.
• Proficient computer skills, you will need to use systems in place for CS.

Location:
This role is based in Molendinar, Gold Coast, with a potential future rostered schedule (Tuesday - Saturday). Applicants must be located in the Gold Coast or Brisbane area and able to be in the office every day.
