Expedition Systems is seeking a skilled 4WD Accessories Fitter to join our team in Mandurah, WA. We specialise in building high-end expedition vehicles, trays, canopies, and trailers for off-road touring and commercial use.

In this role, you'll be responsible for fitting a wide range of 4WD accessories to new light vehicles and trucks, including Toyota Landcruiser Utes, Isuzu NPS and Fuso Canter trucks You'll work alongside a tight-knit team of fabricators and auto electricians to deliver quality builds that are ready for the toughest conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Fit aftermarket 4WD accessories including snorkels, winches, lighting, tow bars, roof racks, underbody protection, water tanks, electrical systems, and more

Install drawers, canopies, kitchens, fridges, and roof-mounted equipment

Conduct pre-delivery checks and quality assurance on all installed components

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace

Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure seamless fit-outs

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years’ experience fitting 4WD or vehicle accessories

Strong mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mindset

Ability to work independently and interpret installation instructions

Experience working on new vehicles (Toyota, Isuzu, Ford, etc.) highly regarded

Forklift licence and/or auto electrical knowledge a bonus
