Tasmania's leading sales and distribution agent is looking for a Warehouse Storeman at our business based in Hobart for an immediate start.

We operate one of Tasmania's best equipped warehouses. With a clean and friendly environment.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our business. This role is full time with room for advancement.

Ideally we are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following attributes/skills

Requirements of the role include:

Maintaining a high level of customer service to external customers and internal colleagues

Correctly receiving and dispatching inventory safely and efficiently.

Assist with general duties of the store as required, including answering phones and assisting with customer enquiries.

Using inventory management systems including stock takes when required.

Desired skills and professional experience include:

Experience with inventory management systems

Forklift licence preferred but not essential.

Experience in the plumbing industry preferred but not essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good attention to detail

Excellent time management skills

To work as a team member and assist other team members wherever possible.
