ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Junior Lawyer to join our team and grow their career in both employment and construction law.

You’ll work closely with experienced and specialist lawyers who are committed to mentoring and supporting your professional development. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain exposure to a variety of matters, from employment disputes and industrial relations to construction contracts and litigation.

Based in North Perth, WA 6006, the role offers a hybrid working arrangement—three days in the office and two days working from home—giving you the flexibility to manage your schedule while contributing meaningfully to client outcomes.

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
You’re a junior lawyer (or soon to be admitted) with a strong interest in employment and/or construction law. You bring initiative, integrity, and curiosity to your work and are eager to build your skills in a supportive environment.

Your attention to detail and clear communication skills set you apart, and you’re comfortable working across multiple matters with a proactive mindset.

Experience with Enterprise Agreements or Fair Work Commission matters is a bonus, but not essential. If you're also open to contributing to business development, we offer financial incentives for bringing in new clients.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their legal career who’s ready to learn, grow, and make meaningful contributions alongside a collaborative and high-performing team.

CRITERIA

Degree qualification in law

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to liaise with clients

Self-starter with high levels of initiative, motivation, and drive

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Experience with EAs and Fair Work Commission matters highly regarded
