The opportunity

Opposite Lock Cardiff is looking for an experienced 4WD Accessory Fitter to join our team in Cardiff, NSW. As a 4WD Accessory Fitter, you will be responsible for safely installing high-quality accessories and customisations for our valued customers' off-road vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately fitting a range of 4WD accessories including suspension lifts, bull bars, roof racks, and other customisations
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with vehicle fitments and modifications
• Providing excellent customer service and advice to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace to high safety standards
• Completing all documentation and job records accurately and on time
• Identifying opportunities to upskill and taking initiative to expand your capabilities

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a 4WD Accessory Fitter or similar role in the automotive industry
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of 4WD accessories and vehicle modifications
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service
• A current driver's licence and the ability to operate a range of hand and power tools
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
