About the Role
You will be responsible for the hiring, service and maintenance of our extensive hire equipment range.
This includes dingo machines, small excavators, demolition and concreting equipment, scissor lifts, trailers, pumps, generators, temporary fencing and much more.

You will also be responsible for loading quarry and landscaping materials into customers trailers and utes with a skid steer loader. You will also be responsible for deliveries quarry and landscaping materials in a 4 tonne tip truck.

You will be responsible for delivering daily freight, ensuring 'Proof of Deliveries' are completed correctly and providing excellent customer service. You will load and unload freight with a forklift

Some administration duties will be required as well as site and equipment cleaning.

Opportunity to become a permanent position for the right candidate.
Minimum 38 hours per week

The role requires many physical components including lifting and standing on your feet for long periods. A level of fitness is required and the ability to pass a drug test

Responsibilities:
-Service, repair and maintain Hire equipment
-Instruct and demonstrate to customers how to safely use equipment
-Pickup and delivery of hire equipment
-Cleaning equipment and hire shop
-Perform “check in” and “check out” of hire equipment
-Operate skid steer loader and forklift
-Delivery soil/gravel/sand/rock in 4 Tonne Tip Truck
- Deliver daily freight
-Greet customers
-Administration duties-answer phones, send emails

Successful applicants may have a background in customer service, small engines, building and construction, landscaping, trade and maintenance

Applicants must possess
-a valid driver's licence
-white card
-Minimum LR truck licence
-forklift and skidsteer ticket (forklift essential)
-Small engine knowledge
-be fit and healthy

Hourly rate will be based on candidates' previous experience and skill set.
