The Opportunity
We are currently seeking multiple Despatch Operator’s to join our day shift (6:00 am) at CAROL PARK. If you're a reliable, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to become part of a company that values quality, safety, and great people.
Your responsibilities may include based on your experience:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare goods for despatch
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Ensure all despatch documentation is completed correctly
- Perform general warehouse duties including stock control and inventory checks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Work closely with logistics, production, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries
About you
The successful applicants will be hard-working team players and will be able to commit to the term of the Fixed Term contract. In addition to this, you will be:
- Experience in warehousing, logistics or despatch preferred
- Forklift licence is a plus, but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
