We are currently seeking experienced warehouse operators with LO/LF license and storepersons to join fast-paced 3PL distribution centres located across Sydney's southwest. These are hands-on roles within well-established sites that specialise in the receiving, storage, and distribution of a wide range of products – including general goods, bulky freight, and consumer products.

About the Role

This is a varied warehouse role involving both equipment operation and manual labour. You will be working in a dynamic third-party logistics (3PL) environment where flexibility, physical fitness, and reliability are key.

Key Duties

Operating LO order pickers and LF high reach forklifts

Receiving and dispatching stock using RF scanners and warehouse systems

Stock putaways, replenishment, and location management

Picking and packing a mix of bulk and small items (items up to 25kg+)

Manual handling and general labouring duties off the machine

Pallet wrapping, staging, and basic inventory control

Ensuring accuracy in orders and attention to detail in all warehouse movements

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

What You Need

Valid LO| LF forklift licence

Previous experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment

Strong understanding of receiving, dispatch, and inventory procedures

Physically fit and capable of lifting 25kg+ products

Willing to leave the forklift and assist with manual labour as required

Own reliable transport – public transport options are limited

A positive attitude, team focus, and strong attention to detail
