The successful candidate must be professionally presented, well-spoken and have a friendly and outgoing personality.

This role requires someone who works well under pressure and can handle multiple tasks at one time.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Provide support to the team as needed.

Assist the team with tasks.

Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments

Requirements:

Real estate experience (preferred)

Real estate Marketing background (preferred).

A real estate agents rep (or be willing to obtain one ASAP)

Police Check

Professional phone manner

Strong communication skills

Excellent time management skills

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent computer, organization & administration skills

Forward-thinking.

The ability to work unsupervised & within a team.
