SprayIT Solutions is a successful, family-owned company specialising in spray polyurethane foam insulation. Operating across Melbourne, regional Victoria, and Australia-wide since 1995, we’re experiencing strong growth and are looking for another reliable, hands-on team member to join us.

About the Role:

You’ll install cutting-edge spray foam insulation on residential, commercial, and industrial job sites. The role is physical, hands-on, and varied – no two days are the same.

Hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 7am–4pm
Location: Melbourne-based with some travel

What You Need:

Experience in a building or trade-related role (e.g. construction, roofing, plastering)

White Card

Physically capable – must be able to lift 25kg, use ladders, and work in tight spaces

Full driver's license (clean record) and own reliable vehicle

MR Truck License and/or EWP ticket preferred – or willing to obtain (we’ll pay)
