About the role

Join the team at Perth Local Plumbing & Gas as a full-time Maintenance Plumber & Gas Fitter. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a reputable and growing plumbing company servicing the Perth metropolitan area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality plumbing and gas fitting services to both residential and commercial customers.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and rectify a variety of plumbing and gas-related issues for both residential and commercial customers
• Install, maintain and repair domestic and commercial plumbing systems, including hot water systems, drainage, and gas fittings
• Provide prompt and reliable emergency plumbing and gas services as required
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and safety requirements
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour when interacting with customers
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the business

What we're looking for

• Formal qualification as a licensed Plumber and Gas Fitter
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the plumbing and gas fitting industry
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to effectively identify and resolve issues
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in the use of plumbing tools and equipment
• A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
