Joyce Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced Auto Electrician to join our Mackay workshop team on a 5:2 roster (Monday to Friday). The position requires an electrician with experience working on heavy earthmoving machinery, either in a mining or civil capacity.

The successful applicant will be required to perform various electrical tasks for our rebuilds, including creating harnesses, repairing air conditioners, rewiring, cab overhauls, and fault diagnosis. This is a 5:2, 12-hour dayshift-only roster, with overtime available if desired. It is a residential role, perfect for those who want to be home every night.

Requirements:

Must be a trade-qualified Auto Electrician

Ideally 1-2 years post-trade

Previous experience working on heavy earthmoving equipment

Air-Conditioning licence - Highly Beneficial
