About the role

Permanent, fixed term temporary full time and part time opportunity to provide clinical leadership and speciality psychiatry services to CYMHS (Redcliffe & Caboolture) and to contribute to the overall development and quality of an integrated and recovery orientated Mental Health Service.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Psychiatric assessment, treatment and management of young people and their families.
• Provide supervision, training and education to registrars, junior medical staff, medical students and the other professional staff in the team.
• Support and develop quality improvement and evaluation measures. Research activities are an integral part of this position and will be encouraged.
• Provide ethical decision making in the achievement of organisational goals.
