About the role

Working in the Cardigang warehouse is a busy, physical and dynamic role! You’ll be responsible for the management and fulfilment of online orders. As a small business you’ll be integral to the successful operations of our business. We’ll rely on you to efficiently and competently pick and pack orders and you will need to be comfortable working autonomously as well as with others.

Key activities

Packing orders accurately and efficiently will be the core of this role - all our kits are custom so attention to detail is critical

Fulfilling orders using AusPost eParcel and DHL Express

Restocking and packing preparation

Monthly stocktake

Receiving goods (wool, packaging, and other collateral)

Stock management - alerting us to stock running low to ensure appropriate levels of stock on hand at all times

About you

Strong organisational and time management skills

Comfortable working autonomously as well as in a team environment

Able to think outside the box to solve problems

Strong attention to detail

Willingness to get stuck in and work on things outside your role if required

Able to lift 15-20kg comfortably and safely

Comfortable with placing and retrieving boxes from a height

Working hours of role

Warehouse open 9am to 2pm Mon - Fri (Closed public holidays)

Available for 4-5 hour shifts

2-3 shifts per week

(Hours and shifts increase during sales periods)
