Meat Process Worker | Ipswich QLD | 5am Starts (3am Fridays) | Full-Time + OT
Our client is a leading name in fresh meat processing, with decades of experience and a strong reputation across the industry. They’re now looking for reliable Meat Process Workers to join their boning room team in Ipswich.
What’s on offer:

• Full-time Monday to Friday, no rotations or changes.
• 38-40 hours a week plus overtime available.
• Work with a team boasting over 80 years of combined experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Boning pigs and helping process beef, lamb, and pork
• Further processing for foodservice clients
• Keeping work areas clean, safe, and running smoothly
• Working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

What we’re looking for:

• Can commit to a 5am and 3am starts (essential)
• Experience in meat processing or boning (ideal but not essential, training provided)
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Physically fit and ready for early starts
