The Essentials for This Role

We’re looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

NDIS Workers Screening Check

Excellent communication skills

First Aid/CPR certificate

Ability to work independently without supervision

Strong attention to detail

Ability to perform environmental risk assessments

Skill in building rapport and trust quickly

Confident and capable driver

Strong awareness of potential risks

Exceptional people skills and rapport-building abilities

Ability to build trust with diverse individuals

Capable problem solver in dynamic situations

Ability to handle high-pressure environments calmly

Skill in engaging with clients of different personalities

Ability to demonstrate safe task completion
