We manage everything in-house, from the initial inquiry all the way through to after-installation support.

As a Solar Specialist with us, you will be required to:

• Sit-in-home assessments to understand the customer & provide them with a system designed for their needs.
• Follow up with customers who have yet to accept our proposed solution.
• Utilize your client network to obtain referrals and take advantage of the generous rewards offered through our referral program.

What we provide you with:

• We schedule two qualified appointments per day, including Saturdays, and up to four appointments per day during peak periods.
• We provide comprehensive training on the sales process and relevant product knowledge to ensure our team is well-equipped to serve our customers.
• Our in-house installation team ensures a fast turnaround on commissions following a sale.
• We value our team members and provide them with the opportunity to earn an OTE (On Target Earnings) of $150k+ through a combination of base salary, commissions, additional incentives, and referral programs.

What we require from you:

• Prior face-to-face selling experience is a requirement for all our Sales Consultants. It would be highly advantageous if applicants also have previous experience in solar.
• Applicants must possess a current driver's license and have access to a dependable vehicle.
• Laptop and Mobile Phone for in-home appointments.
• An open-minded attitude towards new sales techniques and a willingness to learn from our team members.
• We seek individuals with strong negotiation skills and a keen desire to close deals.
