Your Role:
As a Community-Based Care Worker, you’ll enjoy variety and flexibility! You’ll travel between multiple locations across Gold Coasts Southern areas Palm Beach Eleanora and Burleigh Waters, and surrounding areas, providing valuable support to elderly clients in their homes. Every day brings something new as you assist with personal care, social activities, transportation, and more!

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance
• Social Support/Transport: Escort clients to appointments, social activities, and shopping
• Domestic Help: Light cleaning, laundry, and meal prep
• Complex Care: Assist with personal equipment and challenging care needs
• Customer Well-being: Monitor, report, and provide progress updates

What You’ll Need:

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, or Disability Services
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Valid Police Check (within 6 months)
• Australian Driver’s License + reliable, insured car
• Smartphone with internet access
• COVID-19 Vaccinated (2 doses)
• Able to complete online training and attend an induction day
