The Opportunity:
We’re searching for career-driven Intermediate and Senior Accountants ready to take the next step in their journey. These roles provide exposure to a broad range of work, mentorship from seasoned professionals, and an environment where your development is a priority.

Key Duties:

• Preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
• Assistance with tax compliance and lodgements for individuals and businesses.
• Financial analysis and insights to guide client decisions.
• Month-end and year-end reporting support.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records.
• Partner with senior accountants and firm Partners on complex engagements.
• Deliver practical advice and solutions to client queries and challenges.

What You’ll Bring:

Intermediate Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong technical grounding in accounting standards and principles.
• Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• At least 5 years’ accounting experience, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Advanced skills in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong grasp of complex accounting standards and legislation.
• Experience mentoring and leading junior team members.
• High-level analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
