As the captain of our team, you’ll have a lot of variety and responsibility including being hands-on in the surgery taking the dentist’s notes, assisting with surgeries and general dental procedures, providing clear direction and accountability to our clinical staff, managing stock and equipment, assisting with re-accreditation, WHS and compliance and having input to all elements of the practice

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills & experience:

· Experience in general dental assisting as well as surgical and implant assisting including note taking

· Ability to recruit, on-board and train new staff as well as assisting with managing current staff

· Desire to work in a well structured, fast paced environment

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Provide leadership to the broader practice team, including clinical and administration team members

· Assisting with administration duties including re-accreditation, WHS & compliance

· Ability to implement new protocols and systems

· Impeccable attention to detail
