About the roles

We are looking to meet and work with energetic mixologists and bar staff.

The right people will have previous service experience in an a la carte environment who can display excellent customer service, team work & communication skills.

• Have sound wine and food knowledge
• Comfortable in a fast-paced team-based environment
• Personable and follow our established customer service protocols

Current RSA is essential.
