About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Contract Manager to join this progressive and growing Facility Management company where you can make a real difference to the assets that service the community. The Contract Manager is accountable for delivering high-quality service outcomes for the client by fostering the commitment of staff and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Ensure the delivery of all services in line with customer KPIs and service level expectations.
- Operational Delivery: Monitor and evaluate budgets, operational performance, service and quality standards, and staff efficiency.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Manage ongoing relationships within the contract, including the contractual relationship with the customer and operational relationships with key stakeholder representatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead the team effectively, establishing and monitoring individual and team performance objectives, and taking accountability for performance optimisation and career development.
- Administration Management: Ensure effective business administration covering areas such as invoicing and reporting.
- Health, Safety, Environment and Quality: Maintain the highest possible standards in health and safety in the workplace.
- Compliance: Ensure all contract activities are conducted in a legal and ethical manner, consistent with Company standards, policy, and procedure.
About You
To be successful in this role, it is essential to have:
- A minimum of 10 years of facilities management or maintenance experience.
- Prior experience leading multi-site complex facility management contracts.
- Proven track record in operational management in a service industry environment.
- Background in construction, facilities management or contract management.
- Strong project planning and organisational capabilities, along with leadership skills.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely customer-focused and able to build strong customer relationships at all levels.
- Significant experience in delivering high standards of work outputs.
- Strong analysis and decision-making skills.
