Role:

Jones Welding Solutions are recruiting for a Level 1 Rope Access Coded Welder/Pipefitter. We have a long-term contract for ongoing maintenance and shutdown works servicing South 32 refinery in the Southwest region.

Sportsman Roster: 5on 5off / 4on 4off

12-hour shifts

Dayshift only

Immediate start required

We are looking for individuals with refinery and fixed plant experience who thrive on working in team environments and developing collectively.

The successful applicant will have:

Current IRATA qualification

Valid Driving License

Boilermaker Trade qualification with Pipefitting Experience

Able to Pass Weld Test

Working at Heights (within 2 years)

Confined Space (within 2 years)

Construction Induction Card (White or Blue card)

Rigging and Forklift tickets would be beneficial

Ability to pass a pre-employment and site medical testing

Key Responsibilities include:

Conduct rope access works, ensuring projects run smoothly and according to scope

Rope access equipment fitting and pre-use checks

Liaising with the Site Manager/Supervisor regarding any issues

Maintaining all equipment
