We, Akers of Lawn, are an industry leader in lawn and garden solutions, are seeking an Experienced Landscaper to join our dedicated team!

We are seeking a skilled landscaper with a passion for outdoor design and hands-on experience in delivering high-quality landscaping services and team leading in both residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in landscape construction, garden maintenance, irrigation, paving and the ability to lead projects from start to finish.

🌱Key Responsibilities:

Ability to execute landscaping projects, including, lawn installation/rejuvenation, landscape construction and irrigation.

Work closely with our team to ensure project satisfaction, providing support and maintaining strong communication.

Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Ensure that all work adheres to environmental and safety standards, including the use and knowledge of appropriate products.

Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on best practices in landscaping and horticulture as needed.

🌱Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in landscaping, garden design, and horticulture (5+ years preferred).

Strong knowledge of local lawns/weeds and plants, soils, and sustainable landscaping practices.

Experience with turf laying, irrigation systems, paving, retaining walls, and plant care.

Ability to work independently and in a team, managing projects with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

A valid driver’s license and White Card.

MR Licence preferred or willingness and ability to obtain

Certification or trade qualification in landscaping or willingness to obtain
