We're on the lookout for a hands-on Lead Data Engineer to drive the development of our next-gen data platform and warehouse. If you're passionate about building scalable solutions and want autonomy in shaping a modern cloud-first ecosystem-this is your role. 💡

🚀 What You'll Be Doing

Lead the design and build of our data platform and warehouse

Develop ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS, SQL, Python, and Alteryx

Architect and implement cloud-based solutions (early AWS adoption - Snowflake a bonus!)

Work closely with the business to craft end-to-end data solutions

Lay strong foundations in Data Architecture and Data Governance

Influence and lead across engineering, solution design, and best practices

🧰 Tech You'll Use

SQL Server, SSIS, Python, Alteryx

Early cloud work in AWS (Snowflake nice-to-have)

CI/CD, version control, and modern engineering tools

✅ What We're Looking For

Proven experience leading data engineering or BI teams

Strong in ETL design, data architecture, and governance principles

Experience building platforms from the ground up

Comfortable working independently and leading technical decisions
