Key Responsibilities

Assemble window & door components, including frames, glass, and hardware, to meet specifications.

Safely and efficiently operate hand power tools and machinery.

Perform quality checks on materials and finished products.

Follow production schedules and meet deadlines.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Negotiable pay rates based on your skills and experience.

Entry level casual pay rate of $31.23

Permanent Annual salary packages of 60k upon commencement and negotiable upward to 65K with previous window manufacturing experience. (*Super inclusive)

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly (preferred but not essential).

Strong attention to detail and a focus on producing quality work.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive mindset.

Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.

Willingness to undergo Pre -Employment drug and alcohol testing as part of the hiring process.
