Public Practice Accountant

About the role

· Prepare financial statements and tax return for individuals and business

· Complete and review BAS. activity statements, tax returns, Div7A calculations and FBT Returns

· Liaise with ATO and other regulatory bodies when required

· Engage regularly with clients and maintain strong relationships

As an integral new addition to the team, we’d expect you to have:

· Minimum two years tax experience in a public practice

· Minimum qualification – degree qualified

· Experience and proficient with Xero, MYOB, Word and Excel

· Be able to multitask, meet deadlines and work simultaneously & within a team.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and proven time management skills and a “can do” attitude
