EPSA is seeking a HV Electrician to be employed by the company on a full-time permanent basis. You will work within a high performing team. This is your chance to unlock your full potential and make a lasting impact.

About the role:

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be:

Carrying out repairs, preventative, routine, breakdown maintenance on mobile fleet.

Trouble shooting & diagnosing equipment faults.

Fault finding, repairing and/or replacing components as required.

Committed to maintaining a safe workplace.

Lifestyle:

As the HV Electrician you will work a 7/7 roster, rotating days and nights, 10.5 hour shifts. You will be based on site at the Commodore Mine in Millmerran, Queensland.

Our preference goes to recruiting local candidates as no accommodation is provided.

To be successful you will have:

Australian recognised trade certificate (HV)

HV Switching ticket.

CPR/LV ticket.

Demonstrated experience working on heavy mobile plant equipment (CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr, Hitachi).

Proven excellent diagnostic, fault finding, trouble shooting and preventative maintenance skills.

Relevant supervisory experience and certificate (Current S1,2,3) – Advantageous

Previous experience in a similar role within the coal mining industry

Committed to safe and productive behaviours and ability to work in a team

Current Australian driver’s licence (mandatory)
