We're currently looking for a Company Accountant to join our Albury-based finance team and support our mission to redefine how essential services are delivered. Reporting to our Financial Controller, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently—every single day.

What You’ll Do:

Own day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payment processing

Manage the integrity of our systems and ensure accurate data syncs

Produce and analyse reports that help us track performance and make smarter decisions

Take charge of general ledger and P&L coding, monthly reconciliations, and reporting workflows

Support BAS prep, audit readiness, and other compliance needs

What You’ll Bring:

At least 5 years' accounting experience—bonus points if you've worked in the trades or construction sector

Strong skills in financial systems (especially Xero and ERP tools)

A natural problem-solver who’s detail-obsessed, proactive, and thrives in a fast-moving environment

Excellent communication skills

Not essential, but certainly preferential is a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA or CPA membership preferred)
