We support tradespeople and home renovators with reliable service, competitive pricing, and a wide product range — from Corriboard and plastic films to safety boots and embroidery.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Account Management:

Prepare and send accurate product quotes to customers

Proactively contact existing clients to check stock needs and generate repeat business

Maintain and update customer records and order history

Source and approach potential new customers in relevant trades or industries

Collaborate with the team to contribute to business growth

Retail Duties:

Greet and assist walk-in trade and retail customers

Provide product knowledge and advice on building protection and safety products

Process sales and operate the POS system

Maintain showroom cleanliness and stock presentation

Warehouse Duties:

Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately

Receive and unpack stock deliveries

Organize and maintain warehouse inventory

Handle freight logistics, including booking and tracking shipments

Assist with regular stocktakes

Ensure cleanliness and safety of the warehouse environment

Delivery Duties:

Complete local deliveries using the company vehicle

Ensure accurate and timely drop-offs to clients

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and care

What We're Looking For

Experience in trade sales, retail, warehouse, or a building supply environment (preferred)

Strong sales initiative and confidence to manage and grow customer relationships

Ability to prepare accurate quotes and follow up professionally

A proactive, positive attitude with strong attention to detail

A willingness to get hands-on and assist with basic repairs and general maintenance around the shop when required.

Good communication and customer service skills

Physical ability to lift and move boxes and materials as required

A full, clean driver's license (required)

A current forklift license (preferred but not essential)
