Your new role

This is a hands-on role within a dynamic and safety-focused precast manufacturing team, where Rigging Labourers play a key part in the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects. While holding a valid rigging ticket is essential, the role goes well beyond operating lifting equipment--it involves highly physical labouring tasks such as preparing loads, guiding precast components, and assisting with installation on active sites. Candidates must be ready to work in fast-paced environments, support the broader team, and contribute to the smooth flow of on-site operations. This position directly supports the company's commitment to quality and timely delivery, ensuring components are handled safely and installed accurately. Working closely with riggers, crane operators, and site supervisors, you will be a vital link between fabrication and final installation. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with physical endurance, thrives in a team environment, and is driven to uphold the company's high standards on every project.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Valid rigging or dogman ticket essential
• Physically fit and capable of performing intensive manual labour
• Proven experience in precast or construction environments highly regarded
• Ability to work consistently across 50-hour weeks
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality work
• Willingness to assist with general labouring duties beyond rigging tasks
• High level of attention to detail when handling and positioning components
• Able to follow directions and communicate clearly with site supervisors and crane operators
