AWX is seeking dedicated food production workers to join our dynamic team in Richlands Area. We offer onsite parking and immediate starts, ideal for those ready to work in a fast-paced setting.

Job Highlights:

• Multiple Shift Opportunities:

Day: 6-8am start
Afternoon: 5pm start
Shift Duration: 5 - 8 hours

• Enterprise Bargaining Agreement worksite
• On the job training provided
• Flexible Rostering Schedule

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operator:

• Working around machinery, including industrial cutters and wash stations
• Mixing and Blending
• Operating and Maintaining Labeller and Filler machines
• Monitoring and programming ovens according to specifications
  

Production Line:

• Labelling and adjusting products on the line to ensure efficiency of production.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area and equipment, performing routine maintenance and sanitation tasks to comply with hygiene and safety protocols.

About You:

• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing/process environment
• Some knowledge of HACCP, GMP, OH&S, and/or handling food products appropriately
• Driver's license and own transport are essential
• Must pass a functional and drug test
• Must be available for day and/or afternoon shift
