Senior Sales Consultant – Apartments & Townhouses.

About the Role
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective buyers and channel partners across a portfolio of off-the-plan apartment and townhouse projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-informed environment and is motivated by the opportunity to drive sales outcomes while contributing to the strategic growth of a new division.
You will work across multiple active and future developments, leveraging market-leading insights, CRM systems, and collaborative internal support to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong sales performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Execution & Client Engagement
- Convert new and existing enquiries into qualified appointments and successful sales.
- Conduct in-person inspections and presentations at display suites or project sites.
- Build rapport with prospective buyers to understand their needs and tailor solutions.
- Confidently communicate the vision, features, and benefits of each project.
CRM & Lead Management
- Manage all buyer interactions through a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring timely follow-up and accurate data entry.
- Track and report on lead status, buyer engagement, and sales pipeline activity.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly project performance reports.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to inform marketing and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal research teams to develop customer insights and market positioning.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Liaise with developers, builders, solicitors, and financial advisors to support the buyer journey.
- Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Research, Contracts Administration, and Client Services to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Provide feedback to marketing teams to refine campaigns and improve lead quality.
Division Growth & Leadership
- Support the establishment and expansion of the Metro division through internal training, knowledge sharing, and participation in cross-functional initiatives.
- Represent the sales team in internal meetings and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
About You
You are a confident, proactive, and strategic sales professional with a strong understanding of the off-the-plan property market. You bring a consultative approach to sales and are comfortable working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated success in selling off-the-plan apartments and townhouses, ideally in a high-volume environment.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Office 365, and digital communication tools.
- A deep understanding of Melbourne’s residential property market and buyer trends.
- A valid Australian Driver’s Licence and Agent’s Representative Certificate.
- Permanent working rights in Australia.
