We are currently seeking a versatile and motivated team member to join our Nursery Maintenance and Dispatch Team. This role plays a key part in tree delivery, site installation, and landscape preparation, helping to bring green spaces to life across residential, commercial, and government sites.

Job Title: Truck Driver – Tree Selection, Delivery & Installation

Job Overview:
This is more than just a driving role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys hands-on landscaping and tree planting work, thrives outdoors, and takes pride in seeing a job through from selection to planting. You will be involved in all aspects of our tree delivery and installation process—including site prep, planting, and basic landscape tasks.

If you have experience in landscaping, horticulture, or tree planting—and are also confident behind the wheel of a truck—this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate company trucks to transport trees safely to customer locations

Assist with landscape preparation and tree planting at client sites

Select trees based on site conditions and client preferences

Load, secure, and unload trees using correct equipment and manual handling techniques

Install trees accurately, ensuring alignment with landscaping plans

Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and supervisors

Perform basic truck and equipment maintenance checks

Follow all safety and company procedures

Requirements:

Valid HR license (MC desirable or willingness to obtain)

Previous truck driving experience (tree transport or landscaping experience preferred)

Physically fit, with the ability to lift and handle large trees and planting materials

Experience or interest in landscaping, tree planting, or horticulture

Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
