About the Role

WorkPac are seeking a Customer Service Officer for a permanent, full-time role based at Port Botany. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in the fast-paced transport or logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and process import/export shipments and Electronic Delivery Orders (EDOs)

Monitor container tracking, handle underbond coordination, and liaise with quarantine (AQIS) authorities

Provide frontline customer service and support internal teams and external stakeholders

Skills and Experience Required

MUST have exposure to CargoWise software

Previous experience in the transport or logistics industry (preferred)

Strong communication, data entry accuracy, and Microsoft Office skills

Ability to work under pressure, manage time independently, and contribute to a team environment
