Your part in St Andrew’s War Memorial

As an Electrician at St Andrew's War Memorial, you will be responsible for providing a responsive, high quality, effective and efficient electrical service.

Key responsibilities will include:

Maintenance, repair, installation and monitoring of electrical equipment and systems

Fault diagnosis and repair of lighting, air conditioning, refrigeration, and sundry equipment

Monitor the operation of all hospital serviced/systems

Inspect, test, tag and register equipment, ensuring safe to operate or use

Plan, progress and document maintenance activities via the computer-based maintenance system

What makes a difference for us?

Essential

Certificate III Electrical Fitter or equivalent

Minimum 5 years post trade experience

Intermediate computer skills

Desirable

Experience with air conditioning and/or refrigeration plant and equipment

Certificate in Industrial Electronics

General Contractors Licence
