About you:

You should possess the following skills/attributes:

Experience working in a fast pace & high-volume environment

At least 2+ years’ experience as a Cook or Kitchen Hand.

Authentic Mexican Food Preparation & Cookery experience

Reliable and punctual

Good time management, work ethic & attitude

Experience with food health and safety and rotation practices.

Able to work weekends and nights

Qualified in or undertaking studies in commercial cookery would be an advantage.
