About the Opportunity

Securecorp is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a casual Security Officers to join our team at Retail complex in Melbourne's South East

Duties and Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will have the chance to:

• Deliver exceptional security and customer service
• Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises
• Respond to emergencies and alarm events, providing essential support
• Assess and address potential risks
• Manage access control
• Write incident reports and maintain data logs

Key Selection Criteria

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Hold a current Security License and valid First Aid & CPR certification – Control Room Endorsement preferred
• Have proven experience in the security industry – retail preferred but not essential
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Can work collaboratively in a team or independently

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential.

Rostered Hours

Casual Varying Hours - with the opportunity to go permanent in the future!

Enjoy flexible shifts across 24 hours, 7 days a week!
